TeamUp has no app to learn: the interface is plain words in the group chat your team already has. This page is one real conversation — from adding the bot to a finished game.
1. Add Rocky to your team chat
The button at the bottom of this page opens Telegram. Rocky says hello once — and that is the whole setup:
2. Open a game — in plain words
Rocky creates the game and posts a card with the roster. The card updates itself as people sign up.
3. Players sign up the way they always did
Nobody installs anything or registers anywhere — a plain message is a sign-up:
Rocky does not spam confirmations — it reacts to the message and updates the card. Guests count too; everyone gets a stable number in the roster.
4. Split the teams with one phrase
Rocky posts the line-ups. Want changes? Say so: “swap Alex and Mike”, “put Dan with me”.
5. Score the game
Tell Rocky the result in words — or log it live: the optional iPhone + Apple Watch app scores from your wrist on the pitch, and a spectator link shows the live score to anyone.
The result and per-player stats land in the group history — “how many goals does Alex have this season?” works anytime.
6. Money — if you need it
Rocky tracks who paid; the money itself goes straight to the organizer, TeamUp never holds it:
Rocky keeps the dues ledger per game and the group treasury — and answers exactly who owes what.
That is the whole product
Everything else — the mini app, the web dashboard, the iPhone/Watch app, the MCP API — is optional and shares the same state. Start in the chat:
